For Law Enforcement

If you are a law enforcement officer responding to a complaint, use the log lookup tool to search our log files to see if the person you are after may have used our service to place unwanted calls.  If it was a customer of Itellas that was responsible, the lookup tool will let you know that records were found that matched the phone number you entered.  You will need to send us a subpoena if you would like a copy of those records.  We take our customer's privacy very serious.  Itellas cannot turn over any information without a subpoena.
